Terms:

In filling out the hire form, you agree to:

1. Pay the instrument hire charge,  
2. Cover the instrument under your own Home Contents Insurance, if applicable,
3. Be responsible and pay for any damage the instrument may incur, over and above normal ‘wear and tear’. 

Students must bring their instrument to school for their music lesson each week and take their instrument back home to practice on during the week. 

Students learning Bass Guitar, Drums, Guitar or Piano may use the school instruments for their music lessons, at no charge. However, they will be required to have their own instrument at home (or hire one from an external provider) to practice on during the week.

Instruments will be hired out from school with priority being given to beginner level students (first year learners). Students who are second year learners and beyond are encouraged to hire their instrument from an external provider, e.g. KBB Music, as we have a limited number of school instruments available. Please contact Mike Isaacs if financial support is required.

Hire Charge:

The charge for hiring a musical instrument from Sacred Heart College is listed below.  This charge covers the maintenance and repairs of the instruments. Alternative arrangements to hire an instrument need to be directly discussed with the staff in the Performing Arts Department.

Payment:

Payment is to be made to the school's Main Office either by Eftpos, or by internet banking into the following account:
